Refund policy: Refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Personalized items are non-refundable. To start a refund, please send an email to support@goswitchitup.com and include the order number. Note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Fulfillment & Shipping Information: Orders placed before 12pm CST will be processed that business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the following business day. Shipping cost is based on delivery address and is calculated during checkout. All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is more economical. Shipping is typically 5-7 days. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for personalized items to ship.
Cancellation policy: Orders may be canceled for a full refund including shipping if it hasn't been fulfilled & shipped. Personalized orders may be canceled if production hasn't started. To check on eligibility of a cancellation, please send an email to support@goswitchitup.com and include the order number.
